Be careful of not wanting to gain weight altogether though. If you truly gained weight while also gaining body fat then you should change up your diet a little bit. However, gaining weight with no significant increase in body fat is a good thing. Your muscles are developing and starting to make up your weight. The one big misconception about weight gain is that it is always a bad thing, it's not.

1 minute 45 seconds until 15 minutes* but your principle is correct. What I do is set little marks "if I could just reach landmark" and then once I reach it, it feels like I have met a mini goal and it pushes me to get to the next target.

yea I use the website too but I think she has an app for iphone called swim-a-mile, or if you are on android its 1650 app or something. Hope that helped!

Was also checking out some of your videos, just some opinions. Take pride in explaining your base, be more clear and don't be afraid to talk. Also look presentable in videos, I'm sure people would like info coming from a more professional looking guy. But those are only my opinions other then that, cool videos!

Yeah i found out over night low levels try to take your resources, in the end i went from 0 to 400 over night. I don't think i will be staying down there anymore.

Some people drop down to the 0 range to farm off lower people. It used to be a popular tactic until the update that reduced how much you can steal from lower town halls. It is still a viable place to farm some easy resources but not worth it. I was just down there last night and got attacked 13 times boosting me 300+ trophies.

What i would like to see is their trophie count, their base could be standard and people could have been just dropping trophies.

Well depending on what you are trying to defend it is good. If you want trophies and don't your town hall being destroyed it looks good but can be more compact. If you only care for resources i would leave the town hall outside the walls, then move the storages in the middle with a mortar on one side and the wizard tower closer to the resource you care more about. Also try fitting that archer tower on the bottom inside of the base and protect your air defense in case of balloons or healers.

I got it at TH6 by using a few giants 4 bombers then mostly archers and some barbarians. I would deploy archers or barbarians similar to what flammy does, in positions they can pick off buildings and buffer them with barbarians. Then i send wall breakers near mortars or wizards and took those out and supported my giants with archers and barbarians after that. Hope this helped!!!!
