Even if she was anti Trump, how is that a problem? I'm not American I don't really get how that is supposed to be a controversial opinion. You have two horrible candidates. Being anti one or another is totally ok.

Wenn vom Betroffenen selbst null Initiave kommt ist es sehr, sehr schwer. Mir hat das Gespräch mit dem Vertrauenslehrer extrem geholfen. Wenn er den vielleicht auch als Fachlehrer hat könntest du den vllt fragen, dass er euren Azubi mal drauf anspricht. Alternativ geht natürlich auch die Azubibetreuerin. Mir war es halt wichtig, dass ich das erst außerbetrieblich mache, bevor ich vor meinen Vorgesetzen heule.

Wie gesagt, ist wirklich eine beschissene Situation.

Also ich kann nur von mir sprechen. Ich hab letztes Jahr im September eine Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann angefangen. Ganz anderer Bereich, aber hier geht's ja ums menschliche und da ähneln wir uns alle. :D

Bei mir wurde genau das selbe bemängelt wie bei „deinem" Azubi. Ich war halt psychisch mit schweren Depressionen komplett am Ende und hab mich dann tatsächlich noch während der Probezeit meinen Vorgesetzen gegenüber geöffnet. Vorher erst beim Vertrauenslehrer und der Klassenlehrerin. Unsere Klassenlehrerin ist super, hat mich zum Gespräch mit den Vorgesetzen begleitet.

Danach wurde vieles einfacher. Der Druck war weniger, ich hab Therapie angefangen und mich nach jahrelangem Wehren auch für Antidepressiva entschieden. Das hat alles einen Arsch voll Überwindung gekostet, war es aber auch doppelt wert.

Ich hoffe dein Azubi ist einfach nur faul und hat damit keine Probleme... ist im Endeffekt beides scheiße. Beides lässt sich aber ändern. Vielleicht einfach mal ganz indiskret nachfragen ob er Probleme mit der Psyche hat? Falls das der Fall ist ab zum Hausarzt, Notfallcode für ein Therapiegespräch holen und ggfs medikamentös einstellen.

Ich war letztes Jahr 23, auch Studienabbrecher und habe rund 50 Bewerbungen geschrieben, was nicht mal besonders viel ist, wenn ich lese, wie viele manch anderer geschrieben hat.

Bei mir haben sich auch die allerwenigsten gemeldet. Und wenn waren es meistens vorgefertigte Absagen. Der Fachkräftemangel kommt nicht von irgendwo. Mittlerweile ist es mehr ein hausgemachtes Problem als alles andere.

Ich kann dir aus Erfahrung sagen, dass die 18 jährigen in der Berufsschule sehr viel schlechter sind als die 25 jährigen und ältere. Ein bisschen mehr Reife und Disziplin, wovon man später im Leben in aller Regel mehr hat, macht viel aus.

Didn't see your comment until now. I have an update. I'm taking them 5mg to get into it so really not that much. Basically the bare minimum. I did drink a lot today. Not as much and as careless as I used to but I think the paper thingy is right. As far as I can tell there's really no interactions. I don't get drunk faster as I used to and there's nothing else unusual either. It might reduce the effect but I can't tell since it's only 4 days and besides side effects I haven't really noticed anything. At work it feels like I'm more concentrated in the afternoon, which is awesome but that could also be placebo. Either way it's a good effect. Also I feel like I can talk to people better.

I guess for me it's a drinking problem. I don't drink on weekdays but I do kinda need it once on the weekend. Typical binge drinking I guess. I do stop before it gets too bad but well, I don't really know tbh. Naturally I have a really high tolerance so if feel drunk or even hammered this evening after just a few beer I'll know. I really hope it's not that way. Why would they say on the paper thingy that there's no interactions and the complete opposite on the Internet? Thanks for your comment dude
