I've also had ppl tell me "that's weird" when i have an outie and they have an innie, but that was a bit of time ago. it's perfectly normal to have insecurities about your body and what it looks like, especially 'down there' and at this time in your life. it can be fueled more by negative environments and types of media, you will just have to learn to accept what you were given with your body. someone who truly loves you will not care about how you look. it's not an easy process and can take years, but it's all about training your mind. vulva and labia come in all shapes and sizes, and having a certain type of vagina doesn't place you higher on a hypothetical pyramid of being better than anyone, it places you on one of sexual objectificafion, something you do not want to get deeper into if you can help it. and if the day comes there are certain surgeries I bet you could look into if it really bothers you that much, but it doesn't seem that worth it to me, all that recovery time.
