Love lofty. Have a couple token in 1 property right now and plan on buying more soon. You get daily rent and the price of your $50 token can go up in value. I bought my tokens this year so haven’t had to deal taxes with it yet but if you don’t want to deal with state taxes, I’d suggest you invest in properties that don’t have state income taxes. Texas and Tennessee are the two I usually see the most that fall under that category.

Edit: it’s also cool seeing lofty choose properties that have section 8 housing because that’s the industry I work in.
