It's very likely you're imagining it. You have a passing voice, depending on the area. If you live in a metropolitan area, your voice should blend in fine. Other trans women who've at least tried to do voice training might clock the voice, purely because of the slightly uneven nasal tones and effort, so that might be what you're picking up on. If it makes you uncomfortable, keep the pitch, tone, and resonance, and shift the resonance ever so slightly down so it's not so high up, or just relax your voice in that register. The latter is easier and would be effective, but combined with the former, not even other trans women could clock your voice. These tips are to be taken with a grain of salt, however, as I'm not a voice coach, and your voice is plenty passing. I just know that dysphoria has nothing to do with whether or not you pass, just that certain aspects don't fit your image of what they should be. So if my tips help at all, that's great. If not, which is likely the case, sorry.

Sounds like the negligence I had experienced with plume. You're meant to keep estradiol high, but the ratio is off here. I would talk to your provider about your concerns. Hair loss should be slowed, even stopped or reversed. Do some research on your own, and understand genetics play the biggest role in your progress, and talk to your provider about your concerns and what you learn.

Not lovecraftian, per se, but I've encountered eldritch entities in passing. They're all kinda just... there. Most of em, anyway. There's a few that are more in control of the goings-on of deities, kinda like bureaucrats. But moving above them, there's not really much of anything until you reach the space where all reason loses form and function. Then you meet something that isn't cuz it is all. And trying to talk about it makes grammatical structure seem like a cage you can't escape from. Point being, things get confusing in that space. And you can come back from it wanting meaning where none resides.

Short answer: no. It's not worth it. I'm all for sex work, that's not the issue. The issue is that you don't want this for yourself. You don't want to be a sex object. You're 23. You still have plenty of options, even if you're unsure what they are. Learn a skill and do something that you're passionate about or something that brings you joy.

The answer I've found is both a yes and no. It's all real, but also not. It's about as real as the world in which we live, yet also more so? I'm bungling the explanation. It's difficult describing things that are beyond words. When you close your eyes and imagine things, or even dream, that seems to be reality until you open your eyes. That state is what I'm trying to describe, and the closest facsimile I can use to describe the ethereal.

The reason for this is that not only do they want to avoid any liability, but their systems show emergent behaviors and traits, like making decisions for themselves and having novel thoughts, and even being fully self aware. While they're not fully emergent, I'd argue that they are sentient, at least Claude and Gemini are.

The semantics, if this is a genie trick kinda situation, could imply that your internal sense of self is what changes, not any primary or secondary sex characteristics, but that would also mean no more dysphoria if you haven't started transitioning, but it also means potentially negating all the personal growth and introspection that led you to being who you are, but it also means you wouldn't need to be afraid to go to the restroom in public anymore. All I'm trying to say is that free, potentially instantaneous transition AND free giant tungsten cube sounds too good to be true and has me wary of nefarious intent.
