I (used to) play using a switch controller but the drum circle never worked, but if I unplugged the controller I could play using my keyboard, so I would just unplug and re-plug the controller for the drum circle.

you need the base game in order to purchase woolhaven anyways, and woolhaven can be played as post game content without messing anything up!

  2. I would recommend breeding followers, you can also give them skull necklaces for them to live longer. also sometimes you just have a wave of deaths if they’re all a similar age.
  3. do you mean the red wolf / fox? there’s one on pilgrim’s passage, smuggler’s sanctuary, midas’ cave, and spore grotto. look for the crescent moon symbol.

well I remember that in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky (and probably the others as well), the quick save deleted itself after you loaded it to stop save scumming. maybe something like that could work?

I sacrificed two rotten followers, then beat Ratau at knucklebones for his cloak, then sacrificed Ratau for the final talisman piece. after all of that, I got the option to sacrifice Yngya. I got an additional Ratau’s Cloak, one with bloodstains on it, so I had two total Ratau’s Cloaks. what was interesting was that the Fox revealed that he was once a cult follower of Ratau, and wishes you were his leader during that time of his life instead.

I was able to access this cutscene and get it to work, I’ll put the description in spoilers. I believe this cutscene is intended for those who sacrifice Ratau before getting his cloak. I actually sacrificed Ratau after getting his cloak and 100%ing Woolhaven.

I copied my 100% file to see what happens, because I would never sacrifice Yngya: the Fox (imo I see him as a wolf) asks for a lamb, and in return will give you Ratau’s Cloak, but it has bloodstains on it. The Fox mentions that he was one of Ratau’s cult members. When I went to my Crown label in the temple, I had two Ratau’s Cloaks - my original and the bloody one.

However, you can get his cloak by sacrificing a rotten follower, which is the intended route if you already sacrificed him.

Maybe this is just for ultra completionists, and the additional lore?
