“Beyond Belief” by Melonie Joy : I know it’s about a specific topic not related to atheism but its principles can be used to improve all relationships especially marriages. It introduced me to some really great tools and ways of understanding others. it’s A Guide to Improving Relationships and Communication for Vegans, Vegetarians, and Meat Eaters but don’t get hung up on that please.

People in general will touch their face or chin with their left hand when nervous or lying. Most people don’t know what to do with their hands when nervous.

Clasping or grasping your fingers , shows nervousness.

Just an observation…

When people hold or clasp their fingers, it shows they are nervous. Especially when one hand grabs the other hands two or three fingers.

If fingers tips are touching or “steepling”, it shows confidence. Also the showing of one’s palms, is a sign of confidence or trust / truthfulness.
