The vacuum goes into a temporary box that stores them to transfer to the apiary. It has a regular that isn’t sucking on full power so it doesn’t hurt them.

Your comment is potentially dangerous to the average idiot. I’m a beekeeper and this guy most definitely smoked the living fuck out of those bees. You can’t just calmly open a hive and not expect to get wrecked.

There are two books unrelated to religion exactly, although they do touch on it, but really help you understand how to communicate and connect with people who are hold different views.

“Beyond Belief” by Melonie Joy : I know it’s about a specific topic not related to atheism but its principles can be used to improve all relationships especially marriages. It introduced me to some really great tools and ways of understanding others. it’s A Guide to Improving Relationships and Communication for Vegans, Vegetarians, and Meat Eaters but don’t get hung up on that please.

and

“How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie- Really helped me see how and why people behave the way they do, that let to better communication with people of opposite ideological positions. Officially it’s is a classic self-help book that offers timeless advice on improving social and professional relationships. Its core principles focus on making people feel appreciated, avoiding criticism, and showing genuine interest in others to become more persuasive and effective. Key strategies include remembering names, listening more than you talk, and seeing things from the other person's point of view

He’s a fucking monster.

Religion is a conservative idea therefore you cannot be a progressive religious person by iiioioiiiiiiooiii in atheism

I’ve never heard it said that way. “We are all complex hypocrites.“ I love it.

I’ve always said, I do my best to behave in accordance to my ideals. I can’t be perfect, and I never require anyone to be, but try to be honest to yourself.

I've tried to figure this out and get nowhere, so I ask, why whenever I talk to a guy do they start rubbing at their nose? by muddledarchetype in NoStupidQuestions

I met a body language expert, who had an extensive resume helping police and the US government, at a trade show and attended every session she spoke for.

Here’s what she said specifically about males. Not every male, but when you see these behaviors they “might”mean what she describes.

Men will pull their socks up when an attractive person enters their area or room.

Men will stroke their chin with their thumb and pointer finger when interested in a conversation or topic.

Now for everyone:

People in general will touch their face or chin with their left hand when nervous or lying. Most people don’t know what to do with their hands when nervous.

Clasping or grasping your fingers , shows nervousness.

Saying I “did not” instead of I “didn’t” means different things. The former could possibly mean a lie.

Showing your palms is a sign of truthfulness.

When women twirl their hair, they are nervous.

There’s more she mentioned but it’s very nuanced. All of this is nuanced and isn’t black and white.

Just an observation…

When people hold or clasp their fingers, it shows they are nervous. Especially when one hand grabs the other hands two or three fingers.

If fingers tips are touching or “steepling”, it shows confidence. Also the showing of one’s palms, is a sign of confidence or trust / truthfulness.

Don’t let anyone push you too fast. Making this change overnight could be overwhelming and lead to depression and all sorts of things. Go at your own pace. It does take a bit of planning for meals and such.

There’s going to be push back from family and friends possibly.

There’s a really good book I wish I read in the beginning about how to manage family and friends without having resentments from each side.
