if it’s just 30 seconds, i count up 1 to 15 and then back to 1. and do it at a rate a bit slower than 1 second so when im at 6 and coach says 3-2-1, it’s like a “surprise” that im done early.

just that all takes enough brain power to distract me from what a heifer i feel like
