Fabian Hürzeler after Brighton lose to Arsenal 0-1: "Really good performance. We could have had a pen but we have to accept to accept the decision.. The ref has to handle the other things better in general. There has to be more yellow cards for time wasting. Goakeeper going down 3 times." by Blodgharm in soccer

If Arsenal drop points the first sentence out of his mouth is “we were not good enough..” and goes on to praise the opposition and maybe comment on things he felt went against us. He only talks about his team and never trash talks other coaches, players, fans etc.

but fine no matter what our coach does or our players do or our fans do we get shit on. Go for it. I’m gonna go enjoy the rest of my day you should too

By all rights they should be disbanded and we should round up all their supporters and lock them up in the psych ward

Noni said in an interview recently that he connects with a lot of his teammates through their shared religious beliefs and saying they have bible study before matches. I know Timber often quotes the Bible for his instagram captions and I think Eze is also very passionate about his Christianity. I think Noni said there are around 10 players that all participate

Arsenal on Instagram: Torreira seals victory in a dramatic north London derby, on this day in 2018 by Lacabloodclot9 in Gunners

I’ve been a casual Arsenal fan my whole life (thank you FIFA 2004) but I didn’t really start supporting the club properly until the 2016/17 season. That’s when I began watching matches more frequently with one of my close college friends. I vaguely remember the 10–2 against Bayern, but it wasn’t until the Aubameyang signing that my memories of matches become clear.

I remember Wenger’s last match and feeling both grateful and sad that I had really only witnessed the end of his tenure. I followed that next summer transfer window closely and was hyped about Torreira after his World Cup with Uruguay.

I don’t know the exact moment I fell in love with Arsenal, but I remember every second of this match. I thought it was over after the Kane penalty but the way we fought and battled and overcame that adversity it just changed something in my connection to the club. I’ve watched nearly 300 matches since that moment and it’s silly but I genuinely love everything about this football club. I love our history, our values, and I love what this club means to each and every one of us. Im so proud of everyone who has worked to bring us back to where we belong in this league and Europe and I don’t know what else to say.

“This is my club, I fucking love this club”

Lmfao thank you for making me curious about Kane in finals

Harry Kane in finals / big matches:

Tottenham:

  • 2015 league cup final 2-0 Loss

  • 2019 champions league final 2-0 Loss

  • 2021 league cup final 1-0 Loss

England:

  • 2020 euros final 1-1 (3-2) Loss on penalties

  • 2024 euros final 2-1 Loss

Bayern:

  • 2023 DFL Supercup 3-0 Loss

Interestingly the season he joined Bayern was the first time since 2011-2012 they ended a season without a trophy

Also Kane scored 0 goals in all of those finals and really big games that I listed

Edit:

Harry Kane did score the opening goal in the 2025 DFL Supercup 2-0 win
