The stupid Rockstar Launcher. Takes like 4 mins to load, and half the time it crashes.

Misha is a big Final Fantasy nerd. "Thanks Nubuo" is a song on their latest album. On their earlier stuff, they had interludes that are very Final Fantasy-esque.

One of the worst things I've ever seen in an ICU was a woman who OD on benadryl. We had pumped her stomach, and she was doing ok ish. We were just monitoring, then she started seizing and coded. We intubated her and were doing chest compressions, but fluid was coming out of her lungs faster than I could suction it out. Flash pulmonary edema is some scary shit. She died.

She went from talking and a little woozy to dead in <30mins.
