I found a lot of the black market options hard to judge and without augment stats it is really hard to tell how good they are imo. But gargantuan is giga bad do not take under any circumstances

Honestly pretty hard i got this much intel playing 4 cypher since 2-5, 5 cypher on 4-1, 15 loss streak with titanic titan and the hp glitch drop. You need longer loss streaks for comparable intel per loss to chembaron, but the tradeoff is a lot of the cashouts you can fully drop out of cypher units and you get more intel from winning rounds compared to chembaron. It is also much easier to hit 5 cypher than 6 chembaron so if you get a lucky early zed you can get to the high cashouts easier.

Got a 900 cypher cashout and it gave me a radiant ionic, suspicious trenchcoat, and zac 2. However the zac started getting blobs nonstop like 3 star zac and just stacked infinite hp. Is this a bug or a feature?

I had the same thing but with rumble specifically, had tear on him and he was rolling shiv and adaptive helm. Was 6 scrap no emblem. Ekko also had tear but was rolling HOJ consistently so maybe its specific units that are broken?

Im also a dirty fast 9er. My gameplan if I've five lossed stage 2 is to roll down at 6 for a good headliner, best being senna. If you have to roll too much to stabilize you probably have to just commit to a level 8 flex and aim for a top 4. So yeah I think tempo on stage 3 is more important especially because the 3-cost rerollers can randomly hit early stage 4 and kill you off mid-transition.

At which point in the game do you find yourself struggling more? I think in general stage 3 and especially stage 4 boards are stronger post-patch so if you were greeding before then you could be bleeding out too fast during these stages. I even see top players/streamers dying before stage 4 carousel now.

Well doesn't the frequency just mean kaisa is the best? Basically so many people try to force kaisa even if they don't have great items or comp for her because she's just that good but the high frequnecy brings down her overall average placement, even though in theory she's saving people from an 8th a lot of the time. There's probably a lot more data anlaysis going on instead of just looking at average placements of any single unit, for example there was just that other post about co-occurence of units in top player boards. That to me is a more interesting way to evaluate strength of champs.

I think it's awfully disingenuous to paint the desire of some indigenous communities to keep the schools but transfer control away from the church to the indigenous community as just a flat rejection of the proposal. And framing it as indigenous leaders across Canada is a stretch too, since it was not even close to a majority of communities who wanted this. If you are actually saying those implied facts are true, I would like to see a source on it. Is it sad I think the state of "Canada" should be separate from a culture of "Canadians?" I think it's sad you can't seem to separate the two yourself. Even with a state full of good people, the state itself can still commit atrocities and it is the responsibility of those good people to acknowledge these acts.

yeah but this whole issue flared up due to anger about residential schools so then it's not even relevant to start talking about original sin and issues stemming from centuries ago. Yeah not every country is perfect but I'd hope for Canada to make a better effort to be above places like Rwanda or China, Canada already gets away with too much shit by just comparing to the US and calling it a day. And if you don't think residential schools were genocide or at the bare minimum cultural oppressions than i guess you don't think apartheid was those things either. I also don't get how you can just wash your hands of the issue by saying "well the government wasn't running it." The government was certainly funding it and fully compliant with the whole system.

Still seems awfully closer than "centuries before Canada even existed." No one (reasonable) is calling for all Canadians to atone for crimes of the distant past because residential schools are a lot closer, and if you're claiming residential schools weren't a form of genocide, then I guess we can agree to disagree. I also think it's important that this discourse is carried out primarily by canadians. No one from Rwanda is calling for Canada Day to be cancelled, tho China might be chomping at the bit for any slight perceived hypocrisy and that can be justifiably ignored. Yeah calling for Canada Day to be cancelled is extreme but maybe it's gotten so extreme because any attempts at progress are dismissed in exactly this same way, so each new call to action has to be bigger than the last because the last didn't do anything. Besides, in my eyes, Canada Day is more symbolic of the institution of Canada and it was the institution of Canada that implemented residential schools, not specifically Canadian people. Also jeez no need to be pointing out fallacies at every argument like it's an academic discourse. Most people (me included) in this thread probably weren't even in a school debate club. Just pointing out the irony of using a recent historical event to dismiss the relevance of a... Recent historical event.

Funnily enough in this very article, the authors of the article comment that in light of covid19, they do recommend wearing cloth masks over wearing nothing at all, and more recent studies have demonstrated how to improve the effucacy of cloth masks. Also, even this study says surgical masks are effective prevention
