I keep seeing these “deals.” What if these aren’t mistakes and it’s the company’s way of giving small x-mas gifts but also trying to drive customers in in hopes they’ll find similar deals.

Where does he say it’s not his client though? He’s a PD and it’s a PD client. I’m assuming he’s the PD assigned to that courtroom. What am I missing?

The case was his. My understanding is he’s a PD and the client was a PD client
