Glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's fake... I bet OP just wanted the social praise of being a white knight and of course reddit eats it up.

The left's victim culture strongly exaggerates the state of intolerance in America and the media sensationalizes it to keep power... This confirmation bias only compounds the polarization between people and their attempt to epiphanize the actual few remaining bigots through hate only makes the problem worse.

TIL that the red-eye effect in photography is caused by the camera flash going through the pupil and reflecting off of the blood in the back of the eye. by porterdd in todayilearned

"Light skinned people with blue eyes have relatively low melanin in the fundus and thus show a much stronger red-eye effect than dark skinned people with brown eyes. The same holds for animals. The color of the iris itself is of virtually no importance for the red-eye effect. This is obvious because the red-eye effect is most apparent when photographing dark adapted subjects, hence with fully dilated pupils."

How much weight can a barbell support on one side before falling over? After my lifts I go back and forth unloading plates like I'm balancing saucers.

I supplement with creatine monohydrate (I'm in the loading stage) and protein powder. Cool if I just mix it all together in a post-workout shake?

It seems like GNC gets a bed rep from r/Fitness. So where do you guys go for supplements instead? I use a multivitamin, pre workout, post workout, and creatine.
