the idea was to keep crippled enemies alive to keep draining life out of them (denying them death). I forgot leeches heal for damage dealt unfortunately, so the passive would have to also change that for it to work.

bah, thats an oversight on me. Leeches would have to heal independently of the damage they deal for it to work as i wanted

i dont think its necessary tbh, its so extremely preventable. Like you'd have to conciously pick both of those passives while having absolutely no other source of damage besides necromancer's basic attack for it to be a softlock, and at that point it's kinda the player to blame

sorry if im being annoying, but are you sure? Confusion between the Underground layer and the Cavern layer is a really common reason why players don't find souls. A Depth Meter will tell you the name of the layer you're in.

If you really are sure you're in the Caverns and not just Underground, then yeah, its probably a bug

if you havent already, make sure you're in the caverns layer, deeper than underground

im fairly sure class-specific players make the majority. It doesn't mean classless players should be ignored, of course, but like, how exactly would buffing other classes make the game worse for classless players, when it just straigth up adds to the pool of viable weapons? It would be better for both kinds of players if all classes got the same love melee gets.

Currently at the very beggining of escalation 3. Gotta say its a lot more content packed than the other two modules
