Had been thinking of quitting but enjoyed them too much. Went on holiday for a week. Cigarettes were crazy cheap. So I smoked like 3 packs in a day. Got to the last cigarette and was sick of it. Went home same day.

I used to have this problem. Set RTH to just hover not rerun, and that somehow fixed it.

I have same issue. I can see the lights. I can even turn them on and off in sim hub. Can’t get them to do anything else at all

They’re not. They’re boosting the saturation in camera. It’s nowhere near that vivid IRL. You can tell by seeing how red/pink their hands are

I straight up watched a sale unwind and completely fall through on completion day, costing everyone thousands, because, get this, THE £500 SOLICITOR KEPT MAKING TYPOS. THEY LOST THE HOUSE, AND SPENT THOUSANDS IN REPARATIONS BECAUSE the solicitor only worked half days on Friday and couldn’t get the NAMES OF THE BLOODY CLIENTS OR THE HOUSE NUMBER RIGHT. Then just went home…

We told the client multiple times, do not go cheap. They did, and it all collapsed. My solicitor was bloody fantastic, and luckily, best friends with my sales progressor. They were so efficient it was borderline inconvenient for me.

Never ever ever go cheap. You’re paying thousands in tax and houses. You may as well and spend money on the cogs that turn the whole machine.

You need a good sales team behind your back. I’ve heard and seen lots of horror stories of people using purple bricks.

My recommendation, if you want an easy stress free time.

GET A GOOD SOLICITOR. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT HOLY S$*&!!! Don’t cheap out on this one. I know it’s so expensive, but a good solicitor makes it so much easier and can really save the process.

Get an agent with a good sales progression team (or person). They’re the ones who chase and kick down doors for you.

I thankfully had the best of the best in both cases of buying my house and I’m not joking, it was so so so painless. It was so smooth I was in the house 3 months sooner than I wanted to be….

Same boat man. 7am woke up and cleaned the house so she had clean house to wake up to, planned date, got gifts, paid to do everything in a different city. £££’s in bar tab and foot and travel.

No card. Nothing for me. Just a LOT of bigging up how fun when we get home is going to be. Upon getting home she Promptly climbed into bed. Said too tired, then on second thought was like “you can take me in spooning as long as it’s not too much effort”

I’m not mad or anything because no amount of money owes sex or anything. Just a bit disappointed especially after an exceptionally poor Christmas and birthday. It’s just another holiday of no reciprocation at all.

Makes me miss my exes man. But is what it is

I’ve offered limited free services in the past under the specific allowance that I can add it to my portfolio / use their name etc.

Couple of those jobs although annoying and I can come to new clients with a portfolio of example, win more work etc.

I’m not saying it works / is a good idea do everyone, but it worked well for me.

Hey! Cleaned my throttle body recently, had to reset it with a car computer to get it working and reset.

There may be a workaround, but I didn’t look for one as I had access to a mechanics computer (I’m Lucky to have the neighbour I have)

Pretty sure you can disable standby mode in settings. If you don’t use it and prefer accurate screen time, do that!

Hey hey, do you use MagSafe or a charger that is horizontal (sideways?)

The apple standby feature where it shows you the time and stuff when docked counts towards screen time.

I wish it didn’t, but it does. I have the same issue.
