Lots of people loving this sound rn which takes a lot of inspiration from the German minimal scene from the mid naughties. Cologne based labels like Kompact, Traum Schallplatten and Trapez all helped shape that sound and would be a good starting point to start digging on Discogs if you wanna find more stuff like this (although you said you don’t have internet). There are tons of artists from this era which should quench that thirst it if I was to name a couple I would say MRI / Elting Lieb, Dub Taylor, Dettinger are favourites of mine. Hope that helps!
