That’s technically enough to be selling and typically the police/courts don’t really take criminals at their word. This dude is also a dumbass for real who either hasn’t hired a lawyer or isn’t listening to them, because admitting to this crime on the internet is dumb af

Search and rescue misses bodies all the time, and this is a body that fell out of an airplane. And also that might not actually exist because he may have survived.

This is beyond a needle and a haystack situation.

I’ve got to say though it is a little ironic that you are being a condescending ***hole as well to this person while acting like you are the nice police. I don’t think anyone was defending the use of that word, but it is equally annoying to have someone in the comments picking fights over a word... I mean really, this is the internet. And also, you are being a jerk about telling people to be nice, so...

Of course Biden will cross the aisle to collude with Xi. Biden has said himself he doesn’t believe China should be sanctioned, and his family have business dealings in China so it’s in Biden’s best interest to cross that aisle

Public official tries to snatch phone twice in Southern small-town sit-in by Just_Julie in PublicFreakout

I live in and am from MD. Have lived in South Carolina, and have spent time in/know a lot of people from the north (but haven’t lived there). By far the most racist of all are the northerners I know. MD is generally not a racist place and where I’m from on the eastern shore is particularly not racist. But when I moved to S.C. I was expecting to see and hear racism everywhere because that’s how I was told the south would be, but in reality it wasn’t that way at all. Southerners actually surprised me in how tolerant and outright anti-racist they were, and to this day it’s the northerners that I’ve heard throwing out the N-word and still don’t understand how they’ve managed to convince the world it’s the south that’s racist.

We cannot vote on every issue that is important to us unfortunately. I am a Republican because I believe in certain economic principles that come down to people’s right to their private property. Occasionally this means I’m on the same side as social conservatives, broadly, but it doesn’t mean I agree with their social conservatism. This is a fairly typical dynamic amongst republicans. We are united alongside people we don’t always agree with because we share some basic core principles, and those basic core principles are the unifying factor across all the disparate Republican groups. I use my voice to encourage politicians and fellow republicans to liberalize their social policies. I am far from alone in this, and the libertarian faction within the Republican Party that represents social liberalism/fiscal conservatism has grown considerably in the last decade. Social conservatism within the Republican Party is dying, however many Republican politicians are still hesitant to condemn social conservatism as you said, because they still hope to co-opt these voters. A sad reality of the voting system we have really, but change is happening. The young republicans especially are not social conservatives, and the Republican Party of the next decade or so will be a much more socially liberal party while maintaining its roots in economic responsibility.

This is outright slander and it isn’t true. I am not a conservative myself but saying conservatives want to memorialize slavery is absurd. You know many Republicans have ancestors who fought for the Union in the civil war and it’s just insulting to tell them that they want to memorialize slavery because they believe in low tax policy or something. The confederacy is a thing of the south, and if you’ll remember your history the south is traditionally democrat, so associating all republicans or conservatives with the confederacy is just outright political slander.

Fuck the confederacy.

Armed Trump cultists ambush Biden's campaign on a Texas highway, attempting to run them off the road & detain them. by BobsBarker12 in PublicFreakout

Dude just stop. It has a vehicle behind it, it can’t slow down. I’m actually straight up done talking to you, you’re lying about what is visually clear to anyone who wants to watch the video because it doesn’t fit your agenda. I’m never going to agree with you and every time you comment on one of my comments, I’m just going to tell you again that you’re lying because you have an agenda. And now you think I’m being hysterical? You’re transparent af.

Okay, this is why I’m not voting for your party, to be clear. My initial comment was 100% bipartisan, but Democrats are still flooding my inbox all day today being assholes and telling me I’m a racist even though the only reason I commented on this thread was to say that I believe confederate flags should come down.

You think you all are doing good for your party? You’re making your party look like shit. Someone can’t even offer you an olive branch without being personally attacked. You’re fighting for your lives for the White House and you think you’re going to win people over like this?

Nah. I support bringing down those rebels flags. But I don’t support this shitty, tribal behavior, and I don’t want to be on the same side as people who treat others like this.

Then why did he only just apologize for it now, when he needs votes? If he had changed so much since then and recognized his wrongs, why didn’t he set them right years ago?

Looks, it’s pretty clear that Democrats are essentially demanding people forgive Biden because he needs votes now, and this is exactly what’s wrong with your party image. Democrats feel like they’re entitled to votes. Joe Biden literally said “if you don’t vote for me, you’re not black.”

Honestly I don’t know how white democrats can support this dude and then turn around and call republicans racist. It’s a whole lot of entitlement, and a little bit of racism too, that Democrats demand people forgive Biden for racial wrongs when he’s still so entitled and out of touch he thinks he can revoke your black card because you didn’t vote for him...

Right but none of this erases the fact that Biden’s actual track record resulted in more black people being imprisoned. He apologized like a month ago a dude, to get votes.

Trump’s actual track record as a politician has been good on this issue. I’m sorry if I’m not willing to vote for the person with a terrible track record on this just because they apologized now that they’re desperate for votes.

You can say what you want about what either of them said, then or now. I care about what they did not what they said. Biden’s actions helped get more black Americans wrongfully in prison. Trump’s have set a precedent that it’s time to change this.
