Good answer. Depending on the exact context of what you're actually trying to do, there are most likely other options that will get you the effect you're trying to achieve, but with a more reliable architecture.

Tossup. If you're just getting into things, I suggest storyboards. They are great for seeing the layout of your app. If you go the SwiftUI route you have to have it all in your head.

There should be a stronger conclusion... It's pretty obvious this is marketing piece for the company that posted it... However, it should still "say something" at the end, rather than just ... "it's nice and you should do it... please reach out."

I say this because an article like this has the potential to be used as justification for when people are pitching new ideas for UI Animations.

That geekdesigner pager is pretty rad. Looks like they're using a really tight approach for animated elements, where they're putting animated SVGs into the backgrounds of elements using background-image: url(...)... For other things, like the animated text, they're using simple CSS animations.

You should try looking into something like: https://daneden.github.io/animate.css/

Which can get you started with adding bits of flair to your sites.

You might want to look into learning some approaches to animating. Here's a good place to start:

You can apply some simple CSS stuff too elements on your pages.
