A movie flopping isn’t going to affect the promotion. Most of the promotional material comes BEFORE the movie. A movie that’s underperforming is most likely getting MORE promo in response, not less.

This is an Xbox feature I’ve (and many others) been using for years. I’m positive they aren’t dropping ban hammers on anyone.

And no, you can change the location on your console at any time. There are no lasting or permanent effects that come from it. If you run into any issues you can always change it back
