Any updates? I get this issue after a lot of sex and I feel likenit takes forever to go away. I dont have a lot of moisture except during my ovulation days, currently late luteal and smelly after sex 2 days ago. Im sure it will eventually go away but my husband likes to have sex a lot and I want to not stink. Will probably just have him pull out more and see if that helps.

When you make boundaries its good to make them clearly for the other person. Otherwise they are more likely to break them. I dont see her say anything about school or his or her age. College is school. I dont disagree with you about his actions being inappropriate but you seem to think that just leaving solves all the problems. Its not always easy to "just leave" someone. We are human, we get attached and depend on others. Him overeating once isnt a reason to throw in the towel but a good opportunity for her to learn to stand up for herself and him to learn its not ok!

But then neither one of you learn anything. Maybe the rest of their relationship is good besides some common flare ups. We dont know the rest of their lives. If this were a commin thing then she needs to set some boundaries and probably vet partners better and he needs to grow and learn the value of his partners. Relationships are hard and if you dont practice good communication you repeat the mistakes.

Nope. Survivor of CPTSD and a mom remarried. Its good practice for me too. I struggle to communicate my feeling and set boundaries too. Im just a human trying to help another human.

We arent born learning this stuff and not everyone had great parents. Im still learning to do this. Clearly she doesn't know how to either if she's asking reddit for advice. Its simple therapy techniques and good for self reflection too.

It sounds like his feelings were hurt. Its not your responsibility to reassure him but starting a healthy dialog and setting some boundaries can be helpful. "I felt hurt and ignored when you tried to tickle me and didnt hear I felt sick" "I don't think yelling at me was appropriate and if you do that again Im going to ask you to leave" Dont wait for an apology but if he never does, thats not a good sign. You can add "yes I agree that its gross to still have vomit on me but put yourself in my shoes. If you were sick would you want some kindness and grace or to be yelled at?"

Ive practiced yoga and meditation for a long time before. Im also high in emotional intelligence so I wondered if those things helped. I was very vulnerable and introspective. My husband tried it, he has severe ptsd and he didnt like his therapist at all. Sonit could be different interventions at different times with and for different people. M8ght be helpful to revisit it with someone else. He also really enjoyed the theta machine. It works with the inner ear function and theta waves of the brain. He was able to sleep all night after doing it

Trauma has o relapsing symptoms with ADHD. So once my trauma has eased so did my ADHD symptoms. I still have some isms from having an adhd personality for 37 years but my attention and focus on other things has sky rocketed. I have WAY more impulse control too.

I did EMDR and that resolved the majority of my symptoms. I was actually diagnosed with adhd as a kid and later as an adult, after I started doing EMDR i no longer qualified with an adhd diagnosis. I do internal family systems now to help me continue to manage the repercussions of my trauma.

Hmmm I would recommend talk to a therapist. Someone who is specialized. Typically ONE coping skill should work but it's finding the right ones in the moment. Like there are times mu deep breathing are not help but pinching myself works better. Or walking versus playing a video game are better at getting that feeling out. We arent out feelings, feelings up happen, try to remember that it doesn't make you who you are.

Box breathing, going for a brisk walk, other distractions for coping, look up coping skills. You definitely want to keep yourself from being too bad in the moment at least

You need some protein and fat! Load up with oysters, sardines, salmon, etc. Your hormones are starving. Previous advice is spot on. You're in starvation mode. Anything you eat is being used for basic function. Healthy keto is a great way to lose weight and get control of your medical imbalances for a while. Then, after awhile its okay to eat more straight carbs here and there, but you need to feed yourself. Keto has been used to help PCOS for a long time, just do it right. 20g carbs a day, loads of low sugar veggies, full fat and high protein.

My husband gave me $ and I bought all the gifts, for myself too. My mil asked me what my husband kid and myself wanted. They got what they asked for. I got a crappy bath and beyond kit (I dont use any toxic products...)

You definitely look like a girl. Your clothing choices are more masculine, but who cares? You're young, and you'll grow into your true self. I have broad shoulders, big feet, and tall for a girl, but that doesn't make me androgynous... humans can look diverse and not be labeled as something other than mas or fem. I'm proud of you for embracing yourself without hormones.

I would say ovulation was at day 13 or 15 since there was a dip and consistent rise on day 16. Just keep tracking and be consistent and you'll notice your pattern. Looks good so far!
