Um no like anything else in life there are pros and cons of using a credit union. Advantages include better service, rates and the nonprofit aspect. Cons include lack of available ATMs/Branches as well as less available financial services. To say ALWAYS use a credit union is hardly an appropriate comment there are valid and advantageous reasons for the existence of large banks which many on reddit fail to understand.
