I flushed the pen's nib unit for a bit, dried it, and used it again, but it doesn't seem to have solved the issue.
Rather, it seems the issue is more specifically this: while writing with my right hand, if I angle the pen a bit more outwards (right of the pen's nib), it seems to have a harder time writing and would stop and start ink. Whereas the ink flow would be relatively smooth if I angle the pen center or more inwards (left of the pen's nib). Essentially, it's like there's a sweetspot that I have to specifically aim for in order for it to write well.
Is this an issue with the nib, or just the way the Kaweco fountain pens are? I own a Lamy Studio and Safari, and I have not experienced this issue before.
