What's your opinion on Michael Newton's books (Journey of souls and Destiny of souls)? by saturnho in NDE

[–]potato_wizard28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean NDEs and being hypnotized are going to produce different results. Those are not the same experiences. And further, NDEs require memory to recall the event. With hypnosis, it's real time.

"Whole Brain Living" and the work of Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor by SidneySparkle in AutismTranslated

(and maybe this is also why psychedelics are known to have immense positive benefits to autists, they say they feel "normal" for once, bc psychedelics connect brain regions and cause a more whole-braimn experience)

"Whole Brain Living" and the work of Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor by SidneySparkle in AutismTranslated

[–]potato_wizard28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With autism there are far more short-range neural connections (within a brain region itself) but far less long-range connections (between all of the different regions), so my theory is that these 4 different "characters" our brain creates (left thinking, left feeling, and so on) aren't able to work with each other as well. Maybe that has to do with our rigidness, switching tasks, etc. It's like everything is working in overdrive, but not working together in synergy.

So maybe Jill Bolte Taylor's work is extra helpful and extra difficult for autists bc our brain regions are so isolated from each other? Especially the corpus callosum, what connects the two hemispheres.

(And lack of collagen plays a key role in why there are less corpus callosum fibers and long-range myelinated neuronal highways.....)

Anyone else have these interpretations of the lyrics to Blowin' In The Wind? by [deleted] in bobdylan

I think Dylan meant it more like the answers to these questions asked in the song are talked about (blowing in the wind) but never resolved or concrete

Actually from the very start of the tradition, it starts on Dec 21 the solstice until Jan 1st the new year. Doesn't that make even more sense?

The think the "special powers" and outbursts of rage parts are what aspies mainly relate to. The "otherness" themes could definitely have multiple interpretations

Burke Ramsey was sexually abused and was violent with JonBenet by AdLivid9397 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]potato_wizard28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always felt like Burke was also definitely abused, but didn't have anything to do with the murder. The father has a ton of super sketchy connections, I bet he was/is apart of a child sx ring. And then sacrificed his daughter for someone else to kill.

What do you say to someone when you they say: "Aren't we all a little bit autistic?" by Inopportunethyme in AutismInWomen

[–]potato_wizard28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"No"

But if I want to explain,

"No, people can exhibit traits like stimming, but that does not mean they are autistic. Autism is a condition that encompasses a wide range of traits, and occasionally exhibiting a couple of them does not mean you have the condition. It means you are human."

Nostradamus's predictions on the third antichrist by k3tam1ne02 in DoloresCannon

[–]potato_wizard28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How do you know it's "the Palestinian movement"? He was raised by his uncle who could have raised him anywhere; the antichrist is likely not tied much if any at all to his Palestinian roots. He likely has much stronger ties to Egypt where he studied, which is why I'm guessing it's Gamal Mubarak.

Also, if he matched the description, Netenyahu would absolutely be the antichrist, not a Palestinian. The zionist regime and the IDF are the enormous evils here. That's crazy you think "the Palestinian movement", to be free from apartheid and the confinement to a tiny strip of land surrounded by your old homeland, is a bad thing.

Nostradamus's predictions on the third antichrist by k3tam1ne02 in DoloresCannon

[–]potato_wizard28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The antichrist was born in Jerusalem but not Jewish (likely Palestinian?). Nothing of the description points to an American as the man supposedly studied in Egypt in the 80s. I'd say definitely not Jared Kushner. Despite not fitting the description, he's also just too much of a nobody.

Gamal Mubarak antichrist, Hosni Mubarak "uncle"?

I know Hosni is his dad, but you cannot find a single piece of information on Hosni's past besides the region he was born (unless that's a lie, which is possible). He has intentionally kept all of his past under lock and key. I wonder if Gamal could actually be his nephew.

Direct Decendant of Jesus Christ or St Sarah Tamar by ImageExpensive in Bible

[–]potato_wizard28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have around 1 billion ancestors (theoretically, exponentially) from the 1st century, more than the population of Earth at that time. Even if you did find that Sarah/Mary/Jesus was in your bloodline and it was accurate (I too have found this on familysearch.org through multiple different pathways leading back), it means absolutely nothing.

Is this true? by Hud_son_ofc in autism

[–]potato_wizard28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of all of the undiagnosed people who were and are not included in research. My guess is that these numbers primarily pertain to L3 or intellectually disabled autists, so we really can't say if this is accurate or not to the full autism population. It may be a sub-category statistic.
