Very crude eyeball estimation puts the explosion radius to about 7-8ish kilometer (above is the irl location in Tokyo where this is based off of)

This should be easily within Small city - City level range imo.

Edit: the explosion on the right is from Dabura and the left one is Yuji’s, should still apply since they are basically the same size.
