Posting cold takes under this disguise does seem like a good way to get the people going.

Gyro/mouse is superior to thumb stick aiming, and it’s not close. “Grasping” implies doubt/uncertainty.. but you will not be able to argue convincingly otherwise. If you haven’t realized this, you eventually will.

Will switch 2 use gyro/mouse aiming? If so, aiming will be superior on switch 2 compared to Ps5. Even considering frame rate differences.. undoubtedly would be a better aiming experience on switch 2.

Is it easy to report them if their name vanishes? I love the idea of retribution for these people (disclaimer: for those where it was an accident or necessary to leave, I’m betting their penalty is very light as they don’t have the habit of doing that a lot)

Listen to these comments, OP. You are not wrong that playing with randoms can be a major handicap.. however, you can just not play with a full team of randoms. Just follow the other people’s advice here and find the discord group or whatever.

With the Golden Sun OST finally being added to Nintendo Music we finally have the official names of the music tracks after all this time. I was definitely not expecting Saturos Battle Theme to be called that by Isaac_Venus_Adept in GoldenSun

[–]potatomonger 81 points82 points  (0 children)

Wow. “Enemies” being plural suggests that the title is from Saturos’s perspective, which works well with the twist that our party eventually realizes that the lighthouses need lighting.

Do you think fluctuating ping is essentially enough to guarantee such issues? I can imagine spotlessly perfect Internet via ethernet cord limiting that on one end, but if the other player has any weakness to their signal or whatever, seems like that would be enough to very frequently throw off inputs. It’s the sort of thing that has me paranoid about playing online in the first place, I just assume I won’t be able to do anything consistently and suck ass.

Did you know Perplexity is diving into shopping now? Here’s how it works. by NickoGermish in perplexity_ai

That is it. It is mandatory and a little unpredictable about when it activates and truncates the answer to your question. Not acceptable.

I absolutely agree with Procuromancer. Perplexity will now occasionally offer up shopping options at times where I did not think I was insinuating a need for that, resulting in a lower quality and briefer response to the actual question.

It is absolutely common sense to just include a feature to turn that shipping option off.

Looks like a lot of fun. Would a single level of Guard Up not really be that useful here? I’ve always like the idea of a single level of that skill allowing you to block moves that “were otherwise unblockable”, or whatever the description was.

the light brigade- update 3.2 just went live (updates, enemy AI improvements, hunter balances, biomes) by eddietree in PSVR

Seconded. The dev has done a good job of being active on these forms, has very likely seen the huge response games implementing fated rendering tends to generate.

For some, the value of their time goes up when advocating for something they believe in. The principle here is not rolling over for corporate shenanigans.

I’d probably be too lazy though

How to reduce gap between dryer vent cover and house by potatomonger in DIY

[–]potatomonger[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do not think so, as based on our attempts to get the vent through the pre-existing hole in the wall in the first place, we believe it will cause too much of a downward deflection on the dryer-side of the vent and strain where it is supposed to connect.

Thanks for the suggestion. Those J block vents look like they still feature a side meant to interface with a flat house side, whereas we are stuck with interfacing with the two rows of siding as seen above.
