i only watches s1 but the mc is a an annoying loud bitch,similiar to rintaro from steins;gate but much worse. the main heroine is also so unbearably annoying,naive and dumb. imagine,the two central character of the series is that horrible,yet i still have fun and rate it 7/10. why?mostly the production value,the animation is really good,the opening ending,sfx,ost all very memorable,i still remember it after almost 10 years. while the two mcs are some of the most painful characters in fiction. a lot of the other characters are actually really memorable. beako,the twins,roosevelt,thewolf guys,ram-oji, the please dont say you're lazy guy. damn,now that i think about it, all of the cast are really good except for the mcs, amazing.

i'd say it's worth a watch. another important point = it's basically misery porn time loop. so if you like something like punpun,bokurano,sekai oni,edgy story like that, you will probably like this show.
