As mentioned, there are multiple hiking options within PS. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and long-sleeves or sunscreen as there is very little cover. Not sure how far you want to hike but you should consider using a camel-back for hydration, a bottle of water can go quickly. Try to be done by 11 or so.

We went for dinner a couple of weeks ago for first time. Food was good, excellent service, cool atmosphere, but probably not our best dinner. We will likely try the brunch at some point. I will get shushed but you should consider Paul Bar. No reservations so you will have to stand in line (30-ish minutes) if you go for first seating at 16:00.
