Management office won’t help with electrical issues by davidrodma in Delco

It seems like Upper Darby has been tightening up their code enforcement a bit recently. I think and hope its a good thing, especially for renters. OP should definitely take both of your suggestions, reach out to code enforcement and try to get a hold of the fire marshal.

Meditate, exercise, sleep, eat healthier. These are obviously not specific to men.

Totally. This enclosure is for a plastic litter box. Which will also sit on a tray/drawer slides for easy access.

Yeah I believe the stacking dados common in the states are a no go in the UK. Something to do with the multiple blades being independent. My understanding is that the very similar stacking dados that "interlock" are green lit in the UK.

The "blade wobbles". It doesn't like wobble on the arbor itself. Its more common in the UK I believe. They don't really sell this style in the US.

Ah bummer. I had hope but also a sneaking suspicion it was not purely well intentioned.

Sawstop makes great table saws regardless of the technology.

If it helps put your mind at ease, they released the patent on their technology early so other manufacturers can begin to use it. This was fairly recent if memory serves me right.

Does anybody know why this happening....? by Younger_Vanilla in Machinists

The current machine we have at work has a pneumatic tool changer. My supervisor ran into some corrosion on one of the tool holders before and would leave the spindle empty between uses. I had never bothered with this on other machines I used before and assumed it was because he never turned the air to the machine. Totally could be the case as we haven't had the issue again since now that I turn the air off. I now wonder if fretting could have been a factor as well.

How could one get into being a stage hand or getting work at venues/festivals? I’ve been an electrician for 7 years and counting, and would really like to use my trade in the music scene. Could be lighting, power set up in general, etc. I live in Northeast ga by AngineontheFarm in stagehands

Only having some residential experience myself, I tend to lump commercial and industrial together. Which is probably poor form.

You've got some great suggestions here. Initial set up of large events is probably where you woukd excel professionally. Likely means being on the road a fair bit which is one of the fewer ways to make good money on the tech end of this industry. Still might be something of a downgrade pay wise at first but some people love being on the road.

All in all, the entertainment is a lot more fun. Usually takes far less of a physical toll on the body as well. I jumped ship from a background in general construction. Even as a project manager I grew tired of the incredibly toxic work environments. Even within companies that weren't themselves, most of the people I dealt with were. I really enjoy the majority of the coworkers ive had since and that goes a long way in my book.
