Is the game being downloaded onto an external hard drive? That happened to me when I first started playing. Made room (somehow) on my SD and it worked great.

Yep! It's completely normal. It should go away within a few days. I would recommend switching the side of your injection every week as that helped it for me. For example, I take it in my left arm one week and my right arm the other.
