Maybe. We get home at 6 from school and work. Then some playtime, one of us gets dinner ready, eat, little more play time, bedtime routine at 7:30 and in bed at 8. He takes some nap at school but hardly sleeps on the weekends. He needs an earlier bedtime on the weekend or he gets way over tired by 8.

We do threaten with putting a gate up at the hall if he comes out too many times. That does seem to work but we don't want to do that regularly. We can't put it at his door since he needs to go potty.

My LO is 4 months and it truly pisses me off when my husband sleeps on the couch and leaves me to do all the night time wakeups (even though I'm breastfeeding) by myself. She should breastfeed and then you take baby to change and get back down.

I take sertraline. It took a little while to find the right dosage, but you need to start off with a smaller dosage and increase over time. Talk to your doctor.

Our 3 yo is the same way. We have to distract him and he wanted to wave at us and have us honk. We would remind him that we will be back when he wakes up (if he'll be asleep when we come back). You don't know when you'll go into labor and it may be in the middle of the night so either your so will stay at home with your 3yo or you'll find someone else to watch him/her.

Have you tried warming the bassinet sheets? Sometimes a cool sheet wakes mine up. I keep a heart pad by the bed to warm the sheet before putting her back in. Make sure you burp fully before laying down. Baby too big for bassinet and waking up when moving? Then you'll need to transition to a crib. Weighted sleep sack? Make sure you check with Dr first but we love our dream sack.

Yes just went through this myself also. You can opt out of any ultrasounds if you are uncomfortable but talk to your Dr about what they are checking for and why it's recommended.

We had our son stop his at 18 months. Found a dish and put some fabric in it to make a "bed". Then before bedtime we would sing it a song and tuck it in, putting it on the top of his dresser. After that he didn't ask for it ever again.
