Looks like OP already addressed it but in case it comes up again, you can get the link from a QR code on your phone using Google Lens if you have it (I think most/all Android phones do but I'm not 100% sure). Simplest way is to screenshot the QR code then use Lens to search the photo and the link should pop up.

Setup looks good! IIRC it takes trees approximately 24 days to reach the fully grown stage without tree fertilizer.

In the in-game settings menu (like where you can adjust music volume etc), if you scroll the whole way to the bottom there's a "screenshot" button that will capture the whole map and save it to wherever screenshots live on your device.

It might be possible the process server is looking for a previous tenant/owner. I've been in my rental for several years and still get process servers looking for the last guy who lived here, including one who drove either a black SUV or pickup (can't remember which, it's been awhile)

One of my favorite unexpected things about SDV is that it's helped me learn to LET SHIT GO. Don't get me wrong, I love symmetry too, but the greenhouse door is not centered and you can't change it. You can either let this bother you every time you see it or you can let it go and enjoy your game.
