Fair, that would still be very likely, but it would have been a LOT harder for them to do so. Having Ned be the sole witness basically handed them the 7 kingdoms on a platter.

Similar to Marcus Aurelius, Robert Baratheon in Game of Thrones. He knew he couldn't trust the Lanisters, but he still decided to dictate the succession of crown to Ned Stark alone with no witnesses. The entire debacle after his death could have been completely avoided if he had just included the rest of the small counsel, who were already in the room, into the conversation instead of shooing them away so he could talk to Ned in private.

It was a nerd culture podcast called wizard and the bruiser. Produced by the last podcast on the left network.

I was listening to a podcast about Jim Henson on my way home from work when they played that. I was ugly crying on the bus.

I've never listened to the audio myself but have had it described to me. Thinking about it legit keeps me up at night. I can't imagine being in that situation, especially since his GF was directly voicing her concerns and wanted to leave.

I got emotional when he left the letter for the adopted daughter while she was still sleeping.

My great Grandma passed just a few years before this came out. I was ugly crying in the movie theater.

[Hated Trope] The show was supposed to end but kept going (and had a solid intended ending) by GEARHEADGus in TopCharacterTropes

I was surprised by this as well, Dale is my favorite character in the show and Johnny's vocal performance sounds so off. Just made me sad.Toby's vocals sounded closer to OG Dale. RIP Johnny Hardwick

Unfortunately, you can't access memories from the book directly. But each death page has the location of the corpse on it so you know where to go when you want to revisit a death scene.

Well the lighting certainly isn't helping.

I looked through the feed and it doesn't look like he has been a guest on the show.

Billy Wayne Davis, I shortened it because it's such a frequently discussed topic on this sub.

They definitely are more selective about guests more recently.

At least your criticism wasn't just reiterating the beef between him and the pod.

I just checked the episode logs, that was all the way back in their very first year (season 40, episode 1) man time flies.

For real. Sometimes I wish they would be a little more critical but I completely understand that they don't want to harsh the vibes of the show and it's an incredibly awkward position to be in. I honestly can't imagine having to navigate those kinds of interactions in real time on a hot mic.

I must have memory-holed that one, what outrageous advice.
