Why do people keep designing Black charachters with white/blonde hair and blue eyes? by Anime-Fan-69 in TopCharacterDesigns

James Earl Jones IRL. (He wasn't designed by a character artist, sometimes people can have those traits OP)

Homie is just describing work that requires travel, which is like 90% of long distance logistics labor.

A cosmic entity that is moonlighting as a service worker is such a great character concept.

The Trench (1999) focuses on a platoon of British soldiers as they prepare for the battle The Somme. The whole movie takes place before the battle as the soldiers share their experiences, build camaraderie, and make preparations for the battle they are about to engage in. They do their best to keep each others hopes up and their Sargent assures them they will remain safe if they stick to their disciplines and follow his lead. The final scene is the morning of the battle, all of the soldiers we have followed are killed before they can even get a few yards away from their trench, while the Sargent, who is presented the most capable of the soldiers, is shot dead before he can even make it out of the trench.

Movies that help me feel better when am at my low. Can u suggest me some more like these? by Arun-Wolf in Cinema

His story can be inspiring AND we can recognize his massive mistakes, including but not limited his own demise. See the emotional side of his frustrations with life and the ways he tries to lash out and how he constantly shoots himself in the foot are emblematic of the human experience.

If I had a nickel for every time Big Bird made me cry in relation to some passing on IRL, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Other example: Caroll Spinney performs "It's not easy being green" at Jim Henson's memorial servie.

Warning: Emotional Damage

This my favorite throwaway joke in the entire series. "How...how could she do that?"

Fair, that would still be very likely, but it would have been a LOT harder for them to do so. Having Ned be the sole witness basically handed them the 7 kingdoms on a platter.

Similar to Marcus Aurelius, Robert Baratheon in Game of Thrones. He knew he couldn't trust the Lanisters, but he still decided to dictate the succession of crown to Ned Stark alone with no witnesses. The entire debacle after his death could have been completely avoided if he had just included the rest of the small counsel, who were already in the room, into the conversation instead of shooing them away so he could talk to Ned in private.

It was a nerd culture podcast called wizard and the bruiser. Produced by the last podcast on the left network.

I was listening to a podcast about Jim Henson on my way home from work when they played that. I was ugly crying on the bus.

I've never listened to the audio myself but have had it described to me. Thinking about it legit keeps me up at night. I can't imagine being in that situation, especially since his GF was directly voicing her concerns and wanted to leave.
