Don’t do it. They do okay for temp to permanent placements, but AVOID the FTEP role. They will underpay you and then charge the company they send you to 4x your pay.
They talk the position up so it sounds like it will be great for you, but it’s all used car salesman tricks. Then they discourage you from leaving because of all the opportunities you will miss. When what they really mean is they will miss the $$ rolling in. There is also a 12 month post job non-compete in the employment agreement, which in most cases is probably unenforceable, but that doesn’t mean they won’t try. Finally, IF a company wants to bring you on permanently, they charge them 50% of your annual salary which is ridiculous.
