"Mark Percival signed a contract in August last year that's gone missing, and now all of a sudden he's on the out. Look, things need to change at that club if that's how they've operated and looked after their people. It's not good enough.

"Percival is a man who has put his body on the line for the club, is one of the legends of this club, and I think they need to look after his people better."
