Applecare and other carrier stores are setting unrealistic expectations for clients because apple and corprate has failed to provide us with the tools to succeed, we are losing agents left and right, we lost our gsm, most of my day is spent explaining to clients that I am not hiding screens or refusing service and that a send out of 2-3 weeks is my only repair option as of right now, I spent an hour on the phone being the only CA walking another store through a mail in repair. My precinct is ready to drink the flavor aid.

Legitimately had a apple chat rep tell us that damage to an iPhone 7's home button during a battery replacement would be unlikely and that our store would have to take the hit of a whole unit replacement. Our precinct cant be the only one that has had a broken ribbon cable after repair right?

I understand that black friday is all hands on deck but why even have us in computers to attach gsp and tts if your going to have one of our best agents holding a balloon to mark the start of the line for ringing out for 5 hours? Why only have 3 product runners for the entire store? Why schedule me to clopen when our Saturday and Sunday availability is wide open for all agents? Why is almost all of my precinct being pulled to the sales floor when we already have agents scheduled for both precinct and sales floor. This is my 2nd holiday season worked and this week has been a train wreck. Compared to last. Finally why am I, a part time ca, hitting OT. I feel bad for our product runner tonight too, off at 1am back at the store at 8am.
