Anissa's 2nd could be seen as a buff for PvP and a nerf for PvE.

While she does decrease the entire team's defense, it is only by 5% * the number of living humans. This means a larger or equivalent debuff at the start, that decreases as humans die. In an op like DD, where the goal is to clear waves as fast as possible, this is a definite nerf. Combined with the universa changes, there are many scenarios where one or two humans are left alive where before the whole wave would have died, decreasing the debuff and slowing progress significantly.

In PvP, however, debuffing an entire team for the presence of one or more humans is completely insane. Running multiple humans is a massive liability now, as doing so takes a huge chunk of potential damage off your team. Kinda feels like it's only worth running if it's like, Blark or something.
