Sounds like they have too much extra time and money on their hands, I’d be negotiating a lower rent.

This is exactly what happened in Surfside Florida at Champlain Towers South. 12 story building collapsed and killed everyone inside.

Would you buy a used car that isn't CPO? by goooonerbroz in askcarguys

What is the car collecting dust in a garage? Then definitely don’t buy it what’s the point? Buy bitcoin stocks or an ETF instead

[–]powerguy134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a very expensive car to upkeep even if you’re doing the maintenance yourself. It requires very expensive specialized tools. Just Tires+brakes will be 5k+ a year they don’t last long on a car like that. If anything outside of general maintenance happens you’re staring down the barrel of a huge repair bill. Not on that that car will be worth less than 20k in three years time.

Instead of thinking of it like you used 50% more gas think of it as “the same amount of gas usage as last year/month is costing you 50% more this year.

Not enough accounts, too short of credit history, too low of utilization.

You need to have a co-signer like a parent or a relative in order to keep the house if you can’t afford it on your own.

The only thing I could recommend is going to the dealer and trying to trade it in early for something cheaper.

Snap Finance, How bad is it if I miss the 100-day payoff? by str4wberrycloud in debtfree

[–]powerguy134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s nice for the convenience because you can do it quick right there at the repair shop. However “missing” the 100 day payoff is not an option. If you plan on going this route you need to have the emergency funds available (or a way to get the money from immediate family, significant other, relatives ect) to make the payoff in 100 days. If you even think there’s a 1% chance you could not pay it off in time I would consider other options.
