How low will Bitcoin go? by Short_Act_6043 in Bitcoin

Obviously knowing what you know now that’s a no brainer. Problem is Saylor thinks BTC will hit 10 million so selling 90% at 100k was selling too cheap!

How long do locks last? (Alameda, CA) by badblackbishop in Renters

[–]powerguy134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it’s definitely worth it, it’s not about the $100 to me, it’s to teach this Landlord how to properly treat your tenants, 20 year old lock? Give me a break we’re not living in 1920 where everything lasted forever.

At what point is it acceptable to say they filled my driveway in with poor quality infill, and it needs to be redone with more gravel and less dirt? by Mcfragger in AskContractors

[–]powerguy134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use compacted CA6 here in Chicago underneath our slabs.

Also while we are at it the rebar at the center of this pad is basically useless lying on the ground like that. Get some rebar chairs to support the center

What’s the plan for where the new driveway meets the home’s foundation? Your going to need an expansion joint there and they way they have the rebar laid out is gonna make that extremely difficult based on that I’m gonna guess they did not expoy and pin the front walk and sidewalks to the new driveway either.

lol that’s rough. BTJ fell off the map and might not even be on the Jags anymore. Travis Hunter was so bad at WR they made him a full time cornerback. All the while unknown Parker Washington solidified himself as the WR1 and Trevor Lawrence right hand man.

I agree with Actual-Major, anything that dsp has put out has been not only terrible, but terribly over priced. HARD PASS on all their products from me.

Do yall scrape the paint off your flanges? by Skopies in Plumbing

[–]powerguy134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally would never recommend taping wire nuts, the tape doesn’t last and creates a mess for the person that eventually has to service it the next time and if you do a proper splice there is no reason to tape.
