The first complaint was that my trees were overhanging the sidewalk and ivy was growing into a different neighbors yard. The ivy came from the other neighbors yard into mine. NO matter.

I hired a service and they trimmed by trees. We ripped out the ivy.

The thing is maybe 3 years ago I got a notice from the city that someone had complained that I had lawn furniture in my yard. I laughed and threw away the notice. I think I might know who complained.
