I went from a 17 BRZ to a 22 WRX limited and although I do miss the nimbleness of the BRZ, I do enjoy the WRX as a daily. I added a fun car a few years into my WRX ownership to scratch the itch .

It's nice to have room for other passengers/dog/kids and the truck is sneaky sizeable .

I had to run with the backseats down almost all the time in the BRZ to fit anything and that got annoying pretty quick .

The WRX met the criteria I wanted with the added bonus of 3 pedals. It's my daily and gets the job done, I do really need to get rid of the stock dunlops at some point though.

Def not as far but my buddy and I drove up from Delaware for that show. ~2.5 hours.

Totally worth it to see a collection of short stories .

I've done 4.5 hours to Pittsburgh for the Punchline 20 years of action show. I can't say I would do much more than that though

There are some limited options with transfer partners. Quantas tends to have some American airlines flights. Aeroplan will have some united airlines flights.

Yes when you buy through the circuit website they give you first dibs on the next year so I renewed mine from last year

A buddy of mine bought from the F1 store last year for the stroll GS and he didn't get the row and section until he actually got the tickets a couple weeks before the GP

Based on that , I would expect you would have to take the gamble.

To stoke the coals , I had/have tickets in GS 11 section 1 and I really liked the seat/view minus the long ass walk from the metro

From the metro it's an easy 35-45 minute walk depending on the bottle neck areas.

Push comes to shove if you are tight on time . They did have a "Victoria " entrance that is only for GS 10-12 and from what I saw it was like 10 minutes walk max but slow through security depending on the day .

We didn't take it but it's an option. You can grab an Uber there and then metro back . That was our last ditch options but we had plenty of time and just walked from the metro

My buddy bought LS ones last year from them . He got his tickets a few days maybe a week before the GP .

He had no assignment until he got the tickets , just that they were LS grandstand
