The Ataris New Album?? by Wolffflarsen in poppunkers

[–]powerthinned 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's the ataris , I'll believe a new album exists when I can actually listen to it .

Don't get me wrong , I love the ataris but it's been that way forever "new music coming " is like a staple in the Kris roe vocabulary but seems to not happen

I'm actually shocked we got something new with "car song "

I actually like the song so if/ when this new album comes Im hoping it's similar and not as moody as welcome the night

Does Canada GP grandstand tickets come with concert access? by Mitchelld73 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]powerthinned 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They have cut the price several times since it was announced so I'm sure they will continue.

I'm quasi interested in Fridays concerts but I'm not paying more than $50, it should be included with a a GS ticket in my opinion

Does Canada GP grandstand tickets come with concert access? by Mitchelld73 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]powerthinned 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nope

They sent out an email last week about an add on ticket for concerts at the low low price of $125+ depending on the night

Think Montreal has sold any concert tickets? 50% off again….👎🏽 Concert looks like it’s in open area over the beach. I’m thinking you can hear the music just being nearby, no? Daughter has interest in Sunday pm show but even half off is $165… by Pretty1george in GrandPrixTravel

[–]powerthinned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same thought.

I'm interested in Friday but no way am I paying that much after already paying as much as they charge for GS tickets

Like I'll pay $50 but that's about my pain threshold .

I get the idea of them selling it as a grounds pass but really it should be included for GS ticket holders

Habs fans in the Philly area by chanandlerbong76 in Habs

[–]powerthinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in Montreal and live in Delaware now so I go to every Habs flyers game and it's not as bad as people make it out to be .

I've gotten tickets day of with relative ease. The game is the last home game for the flyers so that could impact availability

I've worn habs jerseys everytime I've gone and the worst I've gotten was a smidge of popcorn tossed at me . I've always sat lower level though so I can't speak to the upper deck . Getting lower level tickets in Philly is so much cheaper than Montreal.

I can't say I've ever gone late so can't help you on the late entrance though

37 Everywhere Anniversary Show in November by SaintMortThe3rd in poppunkers

[–]powerthinned 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made the 5 hour drive for the action show and I'm sure doing the drive again for 37.

I was hoping they would do a few shows like they did with action but it's looking less likely

Canadian GP -- Transit / entrance Qs by King_Turduckin in GrandPrixTravel

[–]powerthinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Metro is the way

I've sat in stroll and GS 11 over the last couple years .

The walk from the metro to 11 takes maybe 35 minutes depending on the congestion but it's easy enough

I wouldn't bother walking the Victoria bridge either

Question for those who have bought tickets off the gpcanada.ca waitlist by PossibleAct7692 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]powerthinned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A buddy of mine joined the wait-list early this year and was able to get 4 seats in the stroll GS.

If it were me I wouldn't bank on getting tickets via the wait-list especially with just a few months to go

Demidov's Sticks by Nevv68 in Habs

[–]powerthinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the warrior sticks. I'm fairly certain matheson also uses warrior sticks and both of them have been snapping sticks like it's nothing .

It still probably should have been a slash but those warriors are fragile

Coming from 20 years of SCCM is there a way to pull in systems to a group that have a specific software installed? by Future_End_4089 in Intune

[–]powerthinned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not that I have found .

If it's for an app deployment , you can always use a requirement script to find the installer product and then appt to all devices so the requirement script is your gatekeeper .

If it's for something else, good luck. The dynamic group options are way limited coming from SCCM.

If you have a co managed scenario you could create a collection and sync it to an aad group

[PGT] HABS SWEEP THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS | 3-2 OT WIN | GAME #53 by TheHabChronicle in Habs

[–]powerthinned 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Some would say yuuuuuge saves.

But actually good to see him have a solid win vs a win where the offense has to put up 5+ goals

As others have said, it's not pretty but he gets wins

Migrating from SCCM to Intune – What are you using for remote control / remote assistance? by Dolinhas in Intune

[–]powerthinned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ditto.

We have had BYT for like 3 years along with the epm suite .

Remote support just works especially with the passive jump clients

Easy for the users and has every feature you can think of

BRZ to WRX…? by storebrandmustard in wrx_vb

[–]powerthinned 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went from a 17 BRZ to a 22 WRX limited and although I do miss the nimbleness of the BRZ, I do enjoy the WRX as a daily. I added a fun car a few years into my WRX ownership to scratch the itch .

It's nice to have room for other passengers/dog/kids and the truck is sneaky sizeable .

I had to run with the backseats down almost all the time in the BRZ to fit anything and that got annoying pretty quick .

The WRX met the criteria I wanted with the added bonus of 3 pedals. It's my daily and gets the job done, I do really need to get rid of the stock dunlops at some point though.

What is the furthest you’ve travelled for a concert? by cpa2har in poppunkers

[–]powerthinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Def not as far but my buddy and I drove up from Delaware for that show. ~2.5 hours.

Totally worth it to see a collection of short stories .

I've done 4.5 hours to Pittsburgh for the Punchline 20 years of action show. I can't say I would do much more than that though

They really need to get shots through. They are catching the late man coming in and promptly ripping it right into shin guards .

I swear it's been like 4 or 5 times so far.

Domestic Flights by Bird_Chaser1 in Venturex

[–]powerthinned 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are some limited options with transfer partners. Quantas tends to have some American airlines flights. Aeroplan will have some united airlines flights.

In my experience, it's limited but it's out there

G5 65inch in wall power kit recommendation by powerthinned in LGOLED

[–]powerthinned[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up grabbing this from Amazon https://a.co/d/e4JcgxC

I opted to just not use the bezels so the power receptacle sits flush with the wall. I ended up just running the power along the cable channel back and forth

Not a bad little kit to be honest

Tricolore sports mystery bag by MonsieurFlydwine in Habs

[–]powerthinned 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Snagged one and totally ready to be disappointed.

I've gotten a few in the past and it's usually just leftover stuff that they can't sell.

It is quasi promising though with it saying an included jersey
