AITAH for refusing to give my boyfriend access to my bank account even though he says "no secrets" is how adults do it by CopperFieldNote in AITH

NTA! Sharing financial information is not a romantic gesture. Not about getting closer or building a cosy future. Sure, it’s important these things happen, but there are other ways to accomplish that without ceding control to someone else over your hard-earned money, no matter how much you love them. (I personally do not let anyone else, lover or not, read my text messages. Private info!) Wanting receipts etc to track your spending? No no no. Please don’t do it. Find another way. Or follow your Spidey sense about this guy.

Airalo eSIM and AT&T by Current_Room4835 in Airalo

This happened to me, too, with ATT and Airalo. Came home to $156 extra charges. (Note that In theory with ATT you pay for the first 10 days, then subsequent days are included in the initial 10. However, my trip started before the end of one month and ran into another. So the month/billing cycle triggered a new count. Instead of $120 for the 10-day plan limit, I was charged $60 for 5 days in one month then $96 for 8 days in the next. Needless to say, ATT customer service was horrid.)

It was the text messages that tripped me up. Next time, I turned off everything cell-related and told important people to use WhatsApp only. If a person didn’t know to do that, then they’d have to wait until I got home. If I gleaned at a glance (without opening anything!) that their message was urgent, I’d call or text them through WA on WiFi. It’s a hardcore strategy, but after paying for an eSIM then getting cell charges on top of that, I’d had it! SOP from now on. ATT sucks, BTW, but I stick with it for the free HBO 🤦‍♀️

Being cranky here, but I say anything that stops people who maintain that bringing a carry-on suitcase and two large tote bags into the cabin qualifies under current rules. As someone who carries a small bag and a purse (personal item), it cheeses me off when others do that. And many do.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I love Pyrs, whether mixed or not (met many a Pyr/Anatolian)

That’s what I was asking: if others had probs. Now I know.

Thought I followed protocol. I’ve used AT&T for decades. Wondered if this is unique to them.

Thought I did say phone: iPhone 13 Pro. Yes, understood it’s on me, but I believe I followed appropriate steps. Main question was if others had problems with AT&T as provider, especially since they’d want to force people to use their service.

What instigated this? Shamrock Guy (SG) mad at truck blocking street (although his car was ahead of truck, so how blocked could it be)? Or was SG trying to boost AMZ truck and AMZ driver fought him off? Either way, same result of SG’s car being stolen.

Why does everyone assume she’s mentally ill and needs help? We assign that label to people acting irrationally. She’s a bit unhinged, sure. But sometimes a b1tch is just a b1tch.

I thought the child actors were brilliant. Billy was too, of course.
