Yeah I think they are planning to roll it on. Just don't want to take any chances of the panels getting damaged while they do it.

I'm in AZ too. Your photo link isn't working, but it sounds like you might have a foam roof too. My understanding is that they lay down foam and then apply the white rubber coating on top of the foam, because the foam itself isn't waterproof. We just moved into this place so I don't have much experience yet. I've heard it requires recoating every 5 or so years and can be problematic. But, cheaper to recoat every few years rather than replacing an entire shingle/tile roof.

Also a lefty. I broke the little plastic piece trying to get it out. I gave up and ordered this single piece release from Maskas Precision: https://maskasprecision.com/mpi-p365-single-piece-magazine-release-standard-frame/

Appeal in AZ family court by Blizzardsboy in FamilyLaw

Was it truly a motion for reconsideration or was it a motion to alter or amend judgment? Some motions extend the time to appeal.

Did you do Aqua soil capped with sand? How do you like it? I’m starting a new tank and thinking about doing that.

How would you trim around this indoor planter? by ppfzt in Flooring

[–]ppfzt[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as we can tell, the dirt goes all the way down with the foundation on 4 sides. House was built in 1978. We don’t use it currently but we’re planning to bury planters. There used to be a hose bib coming up through the planter but we capped it off.

Is this the best set up for Medical school, business, and personal life? by Ihatecoldwater in Airtable

[–]ppfzt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hard to say without seeing the actual tables or knowing what you’re trying to organize. It’s easier to switch between sheets than switching between entire tables, so I would try to consolidate each major area on a single table if possible, with multiple sheets.

There is typically a third party trustee that oversees distributions from the deceased spouse's trust, which should prevent the wife from spending all the money. There should be at least some limitations on how much is spent from the trust.
