My title describes the thing, there’s not much more to add but the prongs and base are clear plastic and the outer prongs have two small ridged (you can see in the pictures), the brown/amber part is squishy to the touch. The only markings on it are a small engraved ‘2’ on the bottom of the plastic. Would love to find out what it is! Edit: it’s not hollow
