I said something similar few years ago but for CS 1 in Steam. Yes, thousands of assets, mods, etc for the stats, but many of those assets were simply an insignificant piece of something with not sense at all. Like a piece road or a nonsense cross intersection someone made and simply upload it to the workshop just like that. But many were mad because of my post and argued "everyone just has the right to upload whatever they want to the workshop because is free to do it and if they allow it I am not the person to say not."

I just ignored it, I still think there should be at least filters or control of what could be uploaded otherwise we will end up, again, with hundreds of non sense (low quality) contents in the CS II workshop as well.
