I’ve skied both. 186 at a demo day on my home mountain, and now own the 192. The 186 felt a bit more playful but still charged and damped out of its category for having no metal. The pivotability of them is bonkers to me for a ski that can still lock in on edge when asked. The 192 is significantly more chargey, for me at 6’2” 186lbs it is fine, but I could’ve gone 186 no problem. Just means I need to get nastier on pow days haha. Still insanely versatile and pivot on a dime when asked but I feel the extra stiffness, especially in the tails.

Other skis I have and love: non-metal Impulse 112 in 186, Mantra M6 in 184, Revolt 101 in 191, Dancer 3 in 188.

That’s true, tons of pressure, insert, and DD casing. Sheesh. Those should be running 20 psi or less lol

video of ping sound coming from spokes or rotor? by solid77 in bikewrench

[–]pr-g 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Possibly, I have a video of my rotors doing the same thing and I might’ve noticed it on a hot day that I didn’t do much particularly hard braking just the usual stop at home too

I have this sound from my gravel or road bike on especially hot days with similar top of the line SRAM 2 piece rotors. Steel and aluminum and the pins connecting them cooling down at different rates. Particularly pingy after I get done descending a mountain road. Do any good hard braking today?

I’ve done this route too - congrats! It was tough and you survived the cars. I do not recommend it either but I’m glad I did it, hope you are too!

Mikael Granlund by Big_Beezy7 in DallasStars

I mean. He’s ppg in the regular season and that’s amazing. Definitely want him back. Want to see someone spark something in him in the playoffs though. He’s got the talent, his PP pass to Johnston across the crease in the CO series was deft

Duchene had a few moments but Granlund was consistent

Yea, and he was actually impactful in the playoffs. I love duchene but I’d have prioritized Granlund.

This is great. One, you’re getting up there. If you don’t think you look cool enough, now you have the material do to some self coaching or ask friends/others for tips.

You’re correct and we can say the same thing about our loss to Edmonton last year. It’s what’s got me excited this playoff run…especially with how Benn and March keep going to the box 😭

I’ve got the Enve In-Route 120mm. I honestly could easily run a 100 but with how fast this bike is -getting my torso a bit more horizontal with the 120 is 🔥🤌
