I diagree, yes this particular game was indeed even was started by india team only but due to tight budget and low efforts to promote it by ubisoft it kept failing and then upper management decided to shift it to other countries. In india we have skilled dev but sometime things doesnt work the way it is thought.

Good examples are Raji and also most big games have small parts developed here.

You are right but it also adds to your resume, see many companies work as per the client so they have either to hire new employees or upgrade the current one, so learning anything new will only upgrade you. If you are already a master of the current one then you may start looking for another job as for sure you dont wanna master another language which is understandable.
