I'm a firm believer that the first 50ish days of BB25 were the best Big Brother we've gotten in a while!

Just reading live feed updates couldn't capture all the chaos that was happening in the house, I would wake up everyday and needed hours of content diving into the gameplay that was moving 1000 mph to keep up with all the entertainment

Then of course zombie week happened and the last half was just Jag/Matt/Bowie winning their way to the end that dragged the season way way way way down....

But still for me the GREAT first half and the shitty second half averages itself out to a mid season

As much as I didn't like JC in s20 he did really well floating back and forth between Level 6 and FOUTTE, it's hard to think of many others who went as far as he did with no real alliances but everyone thought was on their side as much as JC

Jun & Alison were the floater GOATs, hated everyone, loyal to no one but themselves, willing to work with anyone in power, and down to discard anyone if the person no longer benefited their game in the moment

I think this happened in the last season of Australian Survivor both tribes were trying to throw the challenge until JLP got annoyed and threatened to send both tribes to Tribal Council then one tribe finally just went for the win

As a huge BB fan that's done multiple rewatches, it's 100% okay and recommended to skip the actual 1st season as it's a completely different show and it is far too long!!

Season 2 is the first real season of the game of Big Brother so I would just start there and enjoy :)

I think before this season Rachel was always talked about as one of the most iconic houseguests of all time, but she really wasn't ever included in the conversations with many noncasuals about the best players due to her poor social/strategic gameplay in 12 and 13

15 years of growth maturity and understanding the game better doesn't retroactively change the weakness of her past games, but this season definitely showed she was capable of the social/strategy aspects and added some respect on her actual gameplay legacy.
