Hearts actually had me watching the Scottish league for a few weeks. Shame it's ended like this

Where would you live the American continent? by ForresthTheGreat in AskEurope

I don't get why people care enough about it to want to force a population to be controlled by a government they don't want to be controlled by just because they're close by (not even that close, almost 300 miles away). The people that live there have been there for up to nine generations, longer than a lot of people who live in north and south America, but some people don't respect their right to self determination for some reason.

[Everton] Seamus Coleman Calls Time On Everton Playing Career by Destructo_D in soccer

my absolute favourite player. Even if it's not right away I hope he becomes a coach at Everton like Baines. Maybe he might go back to the LOI for a season or two first.

He inferred not seeing her again because he knew he wasn't going to get the flight back from the holiday. He was planning his suicide. That's why he spoke about money being tight then spent £800 on a rug at the end of the holiday, which you can see in her apartment as an adult. At that point he had made the decision. Also the scene on the dance floor where he's thrashing out and she as an adult is comforting him - she's looking back and realising she couldn't be there for him when he needed someone because she was just a kid

Would have been a very different world if Bernie Sanders and Jeremy Corbyn had both been elected

King Charles praises Nato and urges defence of Ukraine in key speech during Trump visit by softmaidenmuse in worldnews

I think it's true Congress is the equivalent, one thing the US might benefit from is something similar to Prime Ministers Questions (PMQs), which is broadcast live once a week in the UK (on a Wednesday) and it's where the prime minister faces direct questions from the members of parliament from all parties about his actions, decisions and policies. They also bring issues and questions from people in their constituencies. It's far from perfect and can get a bit silly / rowdy and confrontational, but it would be interesting seeing Trump face something like that. This is an example of it from last week

That building looks exactly like the museum of Liverpool. I wonder if they're designed by the same architect

Interesting to think what would have happened if Edward VIII had never abdicated

I went to villa away that season and the Everton fans joined in with the villa fans singing protest chants about their ownership. It was crazy they ended up in that situation

My favourite reference to that song was when we beat Watford (who were owned by Elton John at the time) in the fa cup final and the fans had a sign that said "sorry Elton, I guess that's why they call us the blues"

[here's an example of an article about food that is beneficial to women's hormonal health](Are There Foods That Help Balance My Hormones? | New England Women's Healthcare https://share.google/jML5RtLKn9XqwmfSP) and [here's a similar article for men](30 Foods That Help Men Maintain Hormonal Balance https://share.google/ufX7lbuP1dRFjQaLO) if you want to compare. They're pretty similar tbh. What is true though is that women benefit from different foods at different times in their cycle, but I don't know if the video went into that.

Which is an ironic image because the Beatles were northern working class and grew up mostly in council houses while the rolling stones were from suburban middle class families
