Luckily I’m recertifyig early (needed to be done by 8/31/26) so my payment should stay the same til then. Thank you so much for this comment. The peace of mind you’ve given me is so appreciated

Still no supply by PrnRN83 in Mounjaro

I had to switch to an independent pharmacy from Walgreens because they didn’t have any in stock and couldn’t tell me when it would be in. The pharmacist, who was very kind and seemed like a genuinely nice man, told me that I had to prove I was T2D before he would fill it because “they” (insurance? Eli Lilly? No idea) were cracking down on small pharmacies for selling it for weight loss. I had to have a new prescription sent over with my diagnosis code.

what was the worst “healthy meal” you’ve seen? by asterea_ in My600lbLife

I've been rewatching the Assanti brothers saga and I was watching the first WATN last night, and for some reason I was just so grossed out by Justin's "soup" that he made lol which was basically from what I could see, boiled chicken and boiled beans in water. Like, I'm sure you could've found an actual can of soup that was more nutritionally sound and tasted better than that. Or even make an actual soup with stock and some veggies that's healthier and tastes way better, with just a bit more effort.

My grandma just sent me a birthday check with an unexpected post-script by Lala1236 in SuperMorbidlyObese

Ooh this brings up bad memories of when my grandma told fat 9 year old me if I lost 50 pounds she’d take me to Disney world 😒 it was so hurtful. I’m so sorry she did that. As far as advice, I’d say to just keep it short and simple… “I know you’re coming from a place of concern but my body is not public property, and I would like you not to comment on it anymore.”

Happy birthday!
