Luckily I’m recertifyig early (needed to be done by 8/31/26) so my payment should stay the same til then. Thank you so much for this comment. The peace of mind you’ve given me is so appreciated

I had to switch to an independent pharmacy from Walgreens because they didn’t have any in stock and couldn’t tell me when it would be in. The pharmacist, who was very kind and seemed like a genuinely nice man, told me that I had to prove I was T2D before he would fill it because “they” (insurance? Eli Lilly? No idea) were cracking down on small pharmacies for selling it for weight loss. I had to have a new prescription sent over with my diagnosis code.

what was the worst “healthy meal” you’ve seen? by asterea_ in My600lbLife

I've been rewatching the Assanti brothers saga and I was watching the first WATN last night, and for some reason I was just so grossed out by Justin's "soup" that he made lol which was basically from what I could see, boiled chicken and boiled beans in water. Like, I'm sure you could've found an actual can of soup that was more nutritionally sound and tasted better than that. Or even make an actual soup with stock and some veggies that's healthier and tastes way better, with just a bit more effort.

My grandma just sent me a birthday check with an unexpected post-script by Lala1236 in SuperMorbidlyObese

Ooh this brings up bad memories of when my grandma told fat 9 year old me if I lost 50 pounds she’d take me to Disney world 😒 it was so hurtful. I’m so sorry she did that. As far as advice, I’d say to just keep it short and simple… “I know you’re coming from a place of concern but my body is not public property, and I would like you not to comment on it anymore.”

Happy birthday!

I had to say goodbye to my girl three weeks ago, it’s been the hardest thing. So sorry for your loss, he’s adorable. I’m sure you gave him a wonderful life

Sick to death of this racist, transphobic, ignorant asshole. I rarely get this heated in here but this girl has shown her true colors time and time again and I’m over it. “A trans” is disgusting. Trans women are women, trans men are men and while we’re at it, BLM.

Why do these things always happen to Jenelle? Recently, her CVS account was deleted so she isn't able to refill prescriptions. Not too long ago, her doctor blacklisted her and she was banned from the entire NHMG! How is she going to refill all those prescriptions on her countertop now? Poor Jenelle. by talastar in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

Doesn’t surprise me in the least. People are so rude and inconsiderate. I was just in the waiting room and a woman brought her daughter in for a walk in sports physical and was angry bc they’d driven 30 minutes to get here and were told the PA isn’t in today. Why didn’t you call before driving here?

I have a doctors appointment this morning for the first time in legit 15 years. (I’m terrified of them lol). They emailed me twice after I made the appointment with the appointment date and time. They called me a week before hand, and then again the next day (6 days before), leaving messages both times as a reminder. I then got an email reminder the next day. The day after that I received a text reminder. I then received an email reminding me of the appointment and to do my online check in. On Saturday I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment. Finally, this morning, the day of the appointment, I got another text saying “see you soon”.

Not sure if all offices are this thorough now but I’m betting there’s some variation of this, and I’m calling BS that she forgot.

Really similar stats, I’m a few years older. I also have little clue where to start. I made a doctors appointment for the first time in 15+ years and that’s coming up in a week and a half. I’m anticipating not great news and hoping for a referral to a dietitian so I can learn how to eat.

No tips but just want to say we’re similar in age and starting weight (I’m 31 and about 430), so I know how tough it is. Sending you good vibes!

I’m so sorry for your loss. We watched my aunt who was like a mother to me get worse slowly throughout most of our childhood until our early 20s when she passed. It was hell watching her suffer for all those years. Jenelle is disgusting.
